Formerly a cottage bakery located in RENO, NEVADA. We have moved and are now at home in MILL SPRING, NORTH CAROLINA!

We are currently looking for a commercial kitchen to bake out of near Mill Spring, North Carolina. We will keep you informed when we are ready to take orders again!

Only the Highest Quality Ingredients

We use freshly milled organic flours in all of our breads and pastries. Our salts are high mineral salts and our water is either spring or alkaline. We use a range of flours in our bakery from rye, wheat, spelt, einkorn, emmer, and unbleached bread flour.
