The pickup and ship day changes monthly since our work days revolve around the Shabbat. These are special days in our household so no orders will be shipped on those days.

Only the Highest Quality Ingredients

We use freshly milled organic flours in all of our breads and pastries. Our salts are high mineral salts and our water is either spring or alkaline. We use a range of flours in our bakery from rye, wheat, spelt, einkorn, emmer, and unbleached bread flour.
